Ptahsin

The Fourth Heaven Ptahsin, more commonly called the Red Planet or Triglav, appears like Batuur to be a sphere wrapped in a thick atmosphere, though while Batuur is a tranquil and monochromatic hue, Ptahsin is a roiling storm of rust, orange, and other colors not too dissimilar to our own Jupiter. Its atmosphere is inimical to life, mixed with burning acid, pyrclastic ash, and toxic fumes, all whipping at hurricane speeds, and it lacks the same rings that the Blue Planet does. It is the Throne of the celestial god Triglav and governs the Principle of Forces, overseeing the shifting of the earth manifest in tectonics and volcanism, as the magma beneath the surface of the Terrestrial Sphere is pulled as if like gravity towards the surface by the influence of the Red Planet. Both Batuur and Pthasin are often at opposite ends on their motions across the Heaven as the spheres they are attached to rotate, and while both are visible to the naked eye during the night, it requires a telescope to truly see them as anything more than a particularly bright and colorful star.   Triglav's realm on the rocky surface beneath the tempestuous atmosphere is called Muspel, from which the souls of giants are encased in magnificent sarcophagi to be preserved, or power his creations the colossi. The House of Hammers teaches that even those who are not giants can break the Chain and win a place in Triglav's court through honing their talents and works to an impressive degree. The Commonwealth has attempted to explore the Red Planet with varying degrees of success. Their floating fortress known as Portailone serves as the nexus point for travel among the stars, frequented by the mysterious mercane and other beings from Astral Space.
