Coliseum of the Barracks

The large circular arena in northern Elysian Barracks of Hlee is for training of all sorts. It used to store people long ago but transitioned to fighting for sport. Eventually it became a training grounds for military formations. It has the versatility of simulating virtually any environment. Siege, infantry, cavalry, even aarakocra flyers train in the grounds.
The building is over 200 feet tall and 1000 feet wide. This allow for plenty of space to store goods or extra equipment for various rescue drills or urban combat. Druids or wizards specialize in producing any number of natural effects such as storms or overgrown foliage or other difficult terrain.
