Tyr Solchum (TEAR soul-chum)

The current head of Dalth'it. He served as Head Captain underneath Manaron during the War of the Throne. As such, Manaron promoted him to the rank of Lord-Duke over the city. Many Democracy-sympathetic individuals see him as weak and a puppet only serving the crown and his own gain.
