These nobles ruler over a whole county and reside in the county capital. Note that counties are different from regions.
Derived from the old, defunct title "High Count/Countess." With the exception of Tambuxic, all Viscounts head almost the entire region. This exception is due to Yym's grand success militarily and in mercantilism.
