Brynist
The (now former) court wizard of Cliffe. Working under Mayor Percy Eldwin, the lofty ambitions of his youth were harshly tempered as he was forced to dote on the whims of the rather naive Mayor. His demeanour quickly turned to one of a curmudgeon, as he spent his days working on incantations with far too little resources, whilst dealing with asinine requests from those sent his way. He often pretended to perform feats of divination for the Mayor, as he knew nothing about the nature of magic.
After meeting The Lost , he was targeted by The Knights of Sha in an assassination attempt, however he was able to trap them within his own mind, calling upon the lost to deal with the assailant in his memories. He then fled Cliffe to join the ranks of The Lost, and now resides at The Perch
