Watch-Captain Hearthorne

Watch-Captain Ulric Hearthorne is a former Briarguard officer who retired to the countryside to escape the discord of the city. Finding it rather lacking in the discipline department, he decided to step up to the plate by levying a citizen militia and establishing a vague sense of order. Despite his best efforts, Hearthorne constantly finds himself delegated new tasks by Baron Klotzy,, a low-ranking young noble charged with the governance of Scabberdale and the surrounding hamlets a few months back. Reluctantly, the Watch-Captain does his best to look out for Scabberdale's eccentric, if not slightly neurotic, governor.
