The Dirty Spoon

This bar despite it's name is kept meticulously clean by an old adventurer Phillip Lokharte and his former traveling companion turned braumeister, Giddlejoy Makone the gnome.  While the building has stood for a long time only within the last 30 years has it been converted into a brewery.  It was on it's last legs until Giddlejoy brought a new spice for life to the old place.  With Giddlejoy's arrival and his training they were able to produce the best ale north of Rubi'Sarha, making it almost impossible to find a seat here.  Filled primarily with dock hands waiting for ships this place is often boisterous however some of the upper society descend into the ravenous mess. 
The Scarab keep a representative here to make new contacts.  Phillip is obliged to pay protection money to them, which isn't really a problem since he and Lucius Belfrey, the leader of the Scarab, get along quite well.
