Emperor Malereus (a.k.a. the Wise)

Malereus the Wise is the benevolent Emperor of Blumery. He is well loved by most of his subjects. He is very different from the previous Emperors, he is more handson. He does not shy away from going into his city and see how things are going. He heeds the council's advice and has been the first Emperor that has opened honest trade with the other countries, because of the encroaching war.
