Accipi
Winged and feathered bipeds with heads and taloned feet similar to large birds of prey. Accipi’s feathers are most often red, yellow, orange, brown, or grey. Usually only one or two colors dominate even if other colored feathers highlight an accipi’s plumage. Accipi reach adolescence between the ages of 3 and 4, are fully mature by 6, and are considered elderly at 25. Most accipi don’t live past 30.
Created by Camue the Jester, God of Mischief during the event known as Camue's Frenzy when Camue seeded Valine with a host of new sentient beings based on different wild animals of Valine, in mockery of the Eruite lineages. Accipi were created from eagles, hawks, and parrots.
