Ammancourt

Ammancourt is the largest and highest city in the Empyrean Spires at 24,000 ft. Controlled by the Silver Doves, it lies in the east at the end of Prospect Heights and is the most widely visited city of the Spires due to Prospect Heights being the easiest and most heavily traveled route into the region. Most people’s first stopping point in the region and the busiest trading post for goods entering and leaving the Spires, Ammancourt has a permanent population of nearly 11,000, most of whom are humans and dwarves.
