Brage

A minotaur who lives at the top of Assidebar, selling magical artifacts at significantly discounted prices to those who make the climb, knowing he can reclaim significant amount of them from the bodies of those who don't survive the more difficult descent. He claims that his shop is the highest in the world, which actually is not true, but it is the highest on the continent of Imirus. Brage's collection of artifacts and components is so extensive that he is frequently the only known source within a thousand miles.
