Dual Branch Spectre

Tales tell of a spirit that protects the waters of the Dual Branch Falls, popularly (but inaccurately) believed to be the source of Shadow Run. Stories of the spirit vary widely on its appearance and powers, but the tales are sufficient to keep most people who have heard them away from the falls.
