Ettercap

Craven but brutal, these humanoid creatures are sometimes referred to as "half-spiders". They have spider-like abilities such as a venomous bite and the ability to spin webs, with which they set traps to catch their food. They are sentient, but of low intelligence. They are often found leading dens of monstrous arachnids.
