Kilbirny House

Estate in the eastern part of the Duchy of Cunningham just outside the village of Kilbirny, it is the current residence of Lady Lia Iathrana, Administrator of the northeastern region of the Duchy, and Joana Cunningiir's hand picked representative in the important market village of Beith. Lia is the hereditary owner of the estate, and her mother held the same positions in the area.
The site lies close to a stream and small but deep ravine that provides a defensive function for the manor house.
