Duchy of Cunningham

The fragment of a map of Cunningham, seen to the side, is the most recently detailed one of the area, prepared by Choles Astutel, an elf cartographer based in Beith, who is an expert on local geography. You can see Beith just to the east of the the "H" of Cunningham.   The most notable features of the area include the River Garnock, that winds its way from the marshlands of the Head of Glengarnock in the east to the town of Irvine in the west; the estate of Eglingtonne, just above Irvine on the map, where Duchess Joana Cunningiir, the elf noble that rules the Duchy of Cunningham, has her seat; the coastal towns of Ardrossan and Saltcoast on the north coast; the islands of Great Cumbra and Little Cumbra that are disputed territory with the neighboring Duchy of Bute; to the southwest of Beith, the ruins of Giffin Castle; and to the northeast of Beith, Loch Tanker, a favorite retreat and fishing lake of the Prince of Wealyra, heir to the throne of Mithlerien.
