Kuo-Toa

A subterranean fish-like humanoid lineage which lurks in The Undervale, the kuo-toa are a long-forgotten race to many on the surface, disappearing into legend before historical records were kept. Some kuo-toa tribes did remaine on the surface of Valine, but live isolated in the depths of swamps so far from civilization that they are rarely, if ever, encountered.
