The Brew of the Beloved

When the potion is opened or hurled, a cloud of sickly sweetness is released. It immediately begins to steam and produces a 20-foot-radius cloud that lasts one minute or until dispersed by a strong breeze. At least one Green Hag is necessary to prepare this potion, which contains portions of the warty scalps of each coven member and the hair of a dozen maidens. The majority of species that come into proximity with the mist become enchanted and are compelled to obey the creator coven's commands. However, a person who is under its authority will always obey the most recent command first. It has no effect on hags, who are impervious to the potion's effects.

Manufacturing process

Combine materials in a pewter cauldron and brew for 18 hours until the brew has the viscosity of a thick syrup. The exact ritual needed to imbue the brew with its magical effects is known only to hags and, thus far, has not been duplicated by other species.
