The Jester's Bullseye

Although primarily used to refer to times when someone acts out of character, particularly in overtly emotional ways, the origin of the term has roots in an actual condition caused by Camue the Jester appearing in avatar form on Valine and liberally firing arrows of emotion at targets. Sometimes individuals will be struck by one Camue's arrows, but when a whole settlement or village acts irrationally, it is a safe bet that Camue has paid a recent visit.
