The Rule of Three

A common belief, but raised almost to the level of a religious mantra by hags, the Rule of Three is a notion based on the observation that many kingdoms and strata in nature are ordered in multiples of three, whether good, evil, or strange. Both arcane and divine magic features multiple spells cast through repeating a word three times. Hag covens require at least a trio to function.
