Vitepoli

Vitepoli is a city-state on the Opristan Peninsula best known for its college of arcane magic, housed in a marble tower 180 ft. tall. Nearby,is the Velvet Opera House, so named because its renowned acoustics are reputed to make any singer's voice sound "as smooth as velvet", and the Devil's Playground cemetery, where people who wish their bodies to be utilized in arcane research are buried and used to teach necromantic magic to those studying at the college.
