Damon Vasre, Earl of Arlashore
Earl Damon Vasre
Damon Vasre became Earl of Arlashore in 1301 AoU, at the age of only 26, following the death of his father, Rystor Vasre, the former Earl.
Damon grew up with close ties to the court at Serenal, as his late father was close friends with the current Duke of Serenal, Walton Enarren. Having known each other, and been very close, for almost their whole lives, it was no surprise to either family when the young Damon and the eldest daughter of Walton, Mara Enarren fell in love and later, in 1297 AoU, married.
The couple's first child - a daughter, Ella Enarren-Vasre, was born in 1299 AoU, and was followed in 1301 AoU by her younger brother Rys Enarren-Vasre - born shortly after the passing of, and named for, his late grandfather Rystor Vasre.
As an Earl, Damon is known for ruling fairly, and trusting in the experience of his advisors, such as his mother Meera Vasre and the Mayor and council of Arlashore. Never one for rash actions, Damon's style of leadership has continued the period of prosperity which the people of Arlashore have enjoyed.
