Ciar Libraries

Hidden within the old The Ciar - Kob, Fae, and Gnomes settlements and villages are the centers of Ciar society. These libaries are maintained by Lore Keepers who continually collect and arrange the information brought back to them.  In addition to collecting the information from other races, these libraries hold all the information on the Ciar lore themselves in translucent, semi-precious gemstones which can only be understood by trained lore-keepers.
