Ulviras Grassfoot
Baron Ulviras Grassfoot is a Gnome and the representative of the Barony of Doma and the Wick for The Unified Council.
A well-travelled and well-mannered Gnome, Ulviras heard of the horrors of Kille during the Astagua-Vescania War and dedicated his life to making the world a better place. He created several incetives and programs for other Gnomes of Doma to travel across not only Astagua, but Vals'kar as a whole in an effort to assist other people.
At first, these programs were created in an effort to stave off the Bleaching that had befallen many of his friends and family, though seeing the splendor of the world and all it has to offer transformed the ideology from pseudo-self-serving to an entirely selfless endeavor.
Witty, charismatic, and a fair bit goofier than his fellow Council Members, Ulviras doesn't take himself as seriously as the others and is likely the only beacon of normalcy to be found within.
