Adventurers Chit
Many tens, even hundreds of chits are written every day within the confines of Andarias Adventurers Guild. All such messages are supposedly hand-signed by the secretary of the guild, Elizabeth Hartford, as each has a copy of her neat signature at the very bottom - it feeds in to the mystery of the stern woman that she is capable of doing this alongside all her ordinary work despite nobody ever seeing her do it.
An Adventurers Chit is necessary if you wish to officially undertake a quest from the Guild, and as such get the rewards promised on the board. A simple piece of paper with the quest details written upon it, and the rewards one can expect, is given to whatever adventurer requests the duty of undertaking the task as soon as they present themselves at any guild office. A complex collection of enchantments and more mundane methods of transportation, such as carrier pigeons, means that no matter what town you are in, the Guild members there will be able to provide you with a relevant chit.
If you should complete a quest without one of these prized parchments, however, you will be sorely disappointed. No Guild member will release the rewards of a quest without the adventurer or party in question being able to present a chit, short of instructions from Ms. Hartford herself or the intervention of the Guilds leader Captain Signos.
