Pereon the Great

Pereon the Great is renowned in Korris for uniting the three poleis and forming the Empire of Korris, which he led alongside his consort, the dancer Fenryx. 
His legendary campaign into the jungles to the south and across the seas to the north eventually brought a majority of the Vandrian continent under a Korrian banner.  Though his reign was short, he spread Korrian culture and values throughout the continent. The city of Pereonopolis bears his name, as do various other smaller settlements.
