The Iterum Institute

The Iterum Institute is a scientific and magical research institute in Tel Quessith. It was founded by Tieflings who wished to learn more about their world through intellectual means, rather than esoteric ones. The institute has an astral observatory, and teaches both astronomy and astrology-based divination magics.
It was the Institute that discovered the explosive uses of black powder and led to the recent "boom" in firearms and cannonry.
Silvia Cardenal is an alumnus of the Institute.
