Personal history
As the god of the north ocean, Ao Qin wanted to have a physical form whenever seen or met by humans, so he took the form of a category 5 sea dragon which would help put into perspective just how intimidating he is.
For thousands of years, he had been searching for a host that would carry out his bidding and to further his own agenda. Eventually, he found one, a curious and strong-willed human by the name of Ying Dai who he would plant subconscious messages in to lure her to his pantheon off the coast of Ko-Ti Island. Ao Qin is paranoid about all humans because of the lost spirit weapon that could send him to the void and he had no idea if anybody was in possession of it. Regardless of his fears, he took a chance on Ying because he was tired of waiting for potentially thousands of more years.
Ao Qin's agenda is not known by anybody, not even himself as he relies on spontaneous decisions to keep everyone guessing so nobody can halt his plans. Oahn has had a rough history with Ao Qin and tries to stop him because of the havoc he could wreak upon the world. All of the gods have their own agendas, but Oahn needs his to come out on top as the fate of the world depends on it.
