Chapter I: Traversing The Cosmos

  It is 735 AC, one year after the death of Iori Isono and the world is out of balance. A young scholar by the name of Lorarii Varus is determined to find out what happens to the spirits of those that die. Lorarii was an expert in mapping the cosmos and had already helped with forming a new, more accurate calendar and ways of telling the time. Over his years of studying the sky, there was one thing he could never wrap his head around, the tiny red light that was barely visible to the naked eye, he longed to discover what it was.   One day during a spring cleaning of the guild library, Lorarii came across an un-cataloged book named "The Red Realm" which he immediately hid under his robes and took home with him. The book was a gold mine for putting together many new breakthroughs for mapping the cosmos and better understanding it, but the book also had almost cryptic information about the red light in the sky. The page contained astral marking and mapping which had never been seen before, instructed in Ancient Tongue were words that read "The hollow moon marks the beginning of death". Lorarii spent weeks trying to understand what it meant, until one night when the moon was not shining, it finally clicked. He grabbed his makeshift telescope and aimed it towards the moon, and pointed another at the red light, there was another inscription in the book in Ancient Tongue but it could not be translated. In a last-ditch attempt, he put each eye up to each of the telescopes and uttered the phrase "Nah'r sul incrept dal nu'r" and suddently he found himself looking at his lifeless body lying there on the grass.    

Chapter II: Trapped Souls

  Lorarii's spirit began shooting up towards the red light and before he knew it he was entering through a cosmic portal with nothing on the other side, or so he thought. Upon entering this shadowy realm, he could hear the overlapping voices, screams, and cries of all the spirits eternally trapped, he had finally discovered what happens to
