History
When they were both younger, there was a short cease-fire going on between the 4 nations, and civilians were allowed to cross borders but not soldiers. Marcus' mother took him over to Amatsu to explore Seki Amatsu and Ichiba Bay. In Ichiba bay, Marcus met Sumi and instantly became friends. During their visit to Amatsu, the cease-fire was abruptly ended, and many civilians from Atrien were left stranded for many years. While Marcus and his mother were trapped there, Sumi's Mother and Father agreed to let them stay in their spare room. Over the years, Marcus and Sumi slowly became more than friends, and fearing that the consequences of the war would leave them short on remaining days, they got married in secret. Shortly after the marriage, The First World Order sent rescue boats to bring the stranded civilians back to Atrien. Sadly their main agenda was to find men who were of fighting age and conscript them into The Knights Order to help combat the traitors known as The Order of Seven. Marcus did not get the chance for a proper goodbye to Sumi, but he promised at the sight of his first chance, he would find a way back to her.
