Lost City of Al Dhahab

The Lost City of Al Dhahab is a ruined, flooded Tiefling city below the Lake of Gold in the Great Golden Desert. 
Once a bustling trade center as a stopping point between the trade caravans from the interior of the desert and the Great Southern Road, the Humans and Goliaths up the Shimmer River, and sea trade from The Boundless Hunt, the city was inundated when flood control structures put in place by the residents of Shimmerdam released a massive quantity of water downstream all at once during heavy rains and snowmelt.
