The Criamisa is a race of water sprites that call the Vauxset Province home.

Anatomy
The Criamisa are a rather diminutive race of ever changing people. Their forms vary vastly from one to another as they are able to change at will, the common factor being that they look like forms of living water.

The Criamisa social structure is built on one's achievement at maintaining the vitality of their chosen water source. As such the longer one retains control and a flourishing environment the more power they have in society and sway over policy. This passes down family lines so long as the control is not lost at any point.
Facial characteristics
Their eyes are their only facial feature as they appear to be made of water and therefore ever changing.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
They are found in all parts of the empire where there is some form of water based travel or interaction. Their true home though is in the Vauxset Province.

They have the ability to influence the flow of water and the currents of the ocean.

Common Dress Code
Despite their appearance the Criamisa are fond of earthy colors and have adopted much the same fashion as their neighbors the Ihromhna.
Culture and Cultural Heritage
Criamisa culture is one of constant movement and change, dance is their greatest art and they have a fondness of the way other cultures grow and shift. Their need to move and to constantly learn and grow is tempered only by their refusal to leave their chosen water source unattended. Creating a strange sense of both permanence and change.
