Lepmiu
The Lepmiu are an interesting race of bunny cat hybrids that can be found in Trenlodge Province. They are masters of animal care a pretty good at other farm-related work.
Basic Information
Anatomy
The Lepmiu are typically mostly cat in appearance though some have been known to take after rabbits more. They have feline tails, large ears resembling a rabbit in size and a feline in shape. Their back legs are also those of a rabbit.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Lepmiu have very diverse diets as they are omnivorous despite their resemblance to rabbits. They also require a significant amount of food.

Social Structure
Lepmiu societal hierarchy is decided based on public opinion. They are an incredibly social and proud race and put a lot of stock into the opinion of their peers constantly striving for renown more than power.
Uses, Products & Exploitation
At one point in their history, under the reign of Dragons, they were breed like livestock and used as a food source. Their furs were also used for decoration.
Facial characteristics
Their eyes are their most prominent facial features as they are usually bright, near neon, colors matching their markings.

They are generally found in the Trenlodge privince, though at one point they were found all over the empire.

They are incredibly intelligent animal caretakers and with farming despite needing help of others to handle them. They are a bit above the natural average.
Civilization and Culture
Beauty Ideals
Lepmiu beauty standards are vastly based on the shine, thickness, softness, luster, and care one puts into their fur. They also tend to put focus on ear size, as they are incredibly proud of them.
Gender Ideals
Females are often seen as the homemakers and take care of the den and children more then anything else. Males, however, are judged based on their abilities in the fields, barns, stables, and other jobs.
Courtship Ideals
Where as other races put an emphasis on the craftsmanship and expense of luxury goods given as gifts, the Lepmiu instead favor food and utility. The courtship process is often one that focus on proof of capability to care for a partner.
Average Technological Level
They have little use for technology outside of new plows, harnesses, and rigs for pulling and manipulating farming equipment.
Common Dress Code
Lepmiu adore cloaks, hats, and belts as they can't much wear other clothing due to their physiology. As such these tend to be incredibly detailed and fanciful often considered garish by other races.
Culture and Cultural Heritage
The Lepmiu make-up for their limited interaction with the devices of other races by sheer sass. Their entire culture is built around battles of wit and good natured teasing and sassy comebacks. This is in large part to battle the opinions of others that see them as little more than animals themselves. They often stage large parties and gatherings where the central entertainment is a good natured roast of one another.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
The Lepmiu most often find themselves on the lowest end of the food chain, both literally and figuratively. This is because many see them as little more than animals do to their physiology as well as the fact they were literally used as such by the dragons for ages.

While bearing the same patterns as most house cat breeds or rabbit breeds those markings are typically in colors like those of the Rebuki aside from their markings though they are typically black, white, grey, or brown.
