Trenlodge Province
Structure
The Province of Trenlodge is led by a council made up of the heads of the four city states residing in the province. Each has equal say over provincial policy and the right to bring up any concerns or issues for discussion.
Culture
The council generally regards each other as equals and the pact as an agreement of aid between them all.
Public Agenda
The job of the council is to govern the province in such a way that all are prosperous and the Empire as a whole benefits from the productivity of the region. They aim to make life easier on not just their own people all those across the vast empire.
Assets
The council of Trenlodge is in control of the provincial branch of the Imperial army as well as the supply lines of goods out of Trenlodge. They have the backing of an Imperial budget given by the throne. They also lead the standing army of Trenlodge, separate from the Imperial army. What they don't have in money they make up for in food and survival supplies. They also lead the Empire on the breeding and supply of battle mounts.
History
The Trenlodge Pact was formed at the birth of the empire when the borders of the provinces were being decided. The four races that make up the region decided that they would rather make a pact with each other for equality than choose one as a leading 'High Race' to rule.
Territories
The Trenlodge Pact refers to the north eastern most region of the Empire. Traditionally these lands were owned by the four separate kingdoms of Keveven, Iclenica, Ixolar, and Krihiros. When the Empire was founded however these kingdoms became city states and formed the Trenlodge Pact. The lands of the region are incredibly fertile and consist almost entirely of farms and ranches.
Military
There are two separate military forces within the province, the standing army of the region allowed to continue existence in defense of their homeland from any threat to their sovereignty, and the Provincial branch of the Imperial army.
The Standing army of Trenlodge is a conditional allowance granted to each of the provinces at the birth of the empire to defend from any threats posed within the empire. In Trenlodge it consists primarily of Rebuki forces as, historically speaking, they are the fiercest and most battle ready of the four races. This army is allowed to remain only so long as Trenlodge does not abuse it's existence or prove traitorous to the empire.
The Provincial branch of the Imperial Army is a special force gifted to each province to ensure their safety from threats both domestic and foreign. They operate under the direction of both the Empire directly as well as the government of Trenlodge. Primarily they are a peace keeping unit.
Technological Level
Magically automated irrigation systems, feeding timers, and alarm systems are employed by almost all farms and ranches in the region. Steam and magic powered tractors and heavy farming equipment is also the norm.
Agriculture & Industry
The entirety of the Trenlodge province is primarily agricultural in nature, they are the leading source of food for the empire and as such considered of special importance. Most of the region is covered with vast farms and ranches though conservation is also an important feature for the area. They strive to feed the majority of the empire and to maintain their own ecosystems and the health of their lands.
Trade & Transport
Education
Every settlement has at least one school operated by imperially certified teachers. In addition to this Trenlodge is home to a number of trade academies and workshops to further education.
Infrastructure
The Trenlodge province puts a lot of work into it's aqueducts as well as it's roads and trade highways. Settlements are also well fortified with most playing home to a small military outpost of some sort. The City-states themselves are highly fortified and take pride in their large markets.

Currency
While Imperial Kydruna is accepted in Trenlodge they have no official currency of their own. Instead they have a barter system in which the trade of goods and services is preferred. As such what Kydruna is earned by a vendor is taken to an exchange warehouse and traded for physical goods of the same current market amount.
Major Imports
Their greatest imports are ores, tools, and raw materials such as wood and stone. As they spend most of their efforts on agricultural pursuits they do not have a large abundance of these materials.
