M'Boukho
The largest city of Vaskeer, built around the base of the wondrous Soul Tree with the same name as the city. M'Boukho is a sprawling metropolis during the wet season, filled with so many unique cultures that it is hard to track.
Besides within The Iron Empire, the people of Vaskeer consider M'Boukho to be the capital city of the world. It is at least five times the size and population of Iron, albeit behind in technology, but is a sprawling metropolis that stands in contrast to the dark world around it.
The capital city M'Boukho is known for their flags filled with all tribe colors combined, showing their leadership of the tribes and representation of all.
The center of M’Boukho is the Spirit Tree. It is enormous in height and diameter, standing 2500 feet tall and takes an hour of walking to walk completely around its base. The entirety of the Spirit Tree is covered in sharp branches impaling centuries old skeletons and fresh corpses alike. The further up you look, the older the body. This is because the tree used to be small, average height, and with each body dying upon it, it grows in size, bringing the bodies upward. Around its base, are assortments of tents and stone buildings housing New Tribe, people that stay in M’Boukho. As you travel through the city further away from the Spirit Tree exactly at its center, there are less stone buildings and more mobile setups as you reach the housing of the tribes that are momentarily staying at the metropolis. They become more spread out and individual, becoming more unique to the individual tribes whereas towards the middle is the place where all socialize and mix. The outsides have room for herds and thousands of people to live, whereas inside are sprawling markets and shops, places of worship and places for performance.
Daylight is notably more prominent in this city due to it being at the relative center of the land inside the Wall. Elsewhere the Wall casts a large shadow, but that holds less of an effect in M’Boukho.
- The Bazaar – massive marketplace filled with tribe stalls and established Newtribe markets.
