Dockmaster Logarn

The psuedo-ruler of the Dockside district, the dwarf known as Dockmaster Logarn acts like a petty tyrant over his district. While he reports to the Vasiliades, he has significant autonomy over his district. Equal parts middle manager and pirate king, Logarn is, for all intents and purposes, the absolute ruler of Dockside.
