Dockside

Dockside is notable, above all else, for being low enough to sea level to easily accomidate a dock structure, making it the center for sailors and sea trade. Zagrean does not have it's own shipyards, instead buying ships for it's fleet from others. The city also sponsors a small fleep of privateers and raiders who will capture ships and "sell" them to Zagrean at a premium. The intricacies of this system have lead to the Dockside district being ruled like a small kingdom by Dockmaster Logarn.
