Grand Cathedral

The heart of the faithful in Zagrean, the Grand Cathedral is the largest building in the city, and some say, all of Vaspira. Ringed by nine individual shrines for each of the Meridian, The massive, glittering dome of the cathedral dominates the skyline of the Middle Rise. The Nine Prelates elect a single Pontiff as the leader of the Meridian Church. The centers for the Argent Orders are also housed within the Cathedral District, although their monestaries tend to be significantly less ostentatious. It is a common parlance to see Gold as the color of the Church, while Silver is the color of the Orders.
