Sebakar was said to have the ability to see through the eyes of every Crocodile in Torrezon.
He was lord of the Wetlands, and attributed with bringing the seasonal floods that came from the Vessel River, which was considered a test by the field workers who felt the sweeping sheets of water were a test to drive away the weak.
According to historical records, he would occasionally take the form of a gargantuan crocodile which would swallow ships and trading barges whole.
