Everlinde

Everlinde is a glade of untold vibrancy and magic. Its location near Sanyeal's Grove, the first place Tiandra set foot, and near The Whispering Grove made it a prime location for the gate to the fey realm and the bridgehead. At almost the exact centre of the forest, this grove draws on the power from both the fey and mortal planes to maintain the gate. The ancient protective wards of the forest, the Obelisks of Khurilos, act as anchors for the gate, allowing it to remain permenantly open in a place where it should not. Through this gate denizens of the Elyswer journey to the fey realm to explore and learn and creatures of great power from that realm can walk in the mortal world. This fosters strength and stability as well as hidden paths to move around Lenwir and the fey realm, providing a boon for the agents of Summer Court.

Recent Development

With the dangers posing The Elyswer and the forces of undead battering at the Obelisks of Khurilos the door is shimmering and shaking upon occasion. Though the portal disturbances happen days before news of what might cause it reaches the Gatekeepers of Everlinde. Some say the forest feels the future, and that it acts particularly chaotic before moments of great upheaval. Well for the last few days the fluctuations of the gate have been extremely chaotic and long lasting. The Gate Keepers are scared of what is coming, though all within the Elyswer have been informed of this fluctuating and all hold their breath, preparing for what is to come, and where.
