A tall rambling building, the Bait and Switch is a second-hand store and looks like one, with most of the areas given over to cluttered storage and display of the surplus goods. The store displays a sign out front that shows an empty fish hook and a stubborn donkey.
The proprietor, Winton Bustamore is a very friendly and outgoing person with the soul and zeal of a natural salesman. He always make sure that his customers leave with what they were looking for, and a little more.
