Description
Dragonborn stand, on average, around 6'2" and 6'8" with impressive weight ranging from 220 lbs to 320 lbs. Dragonborn possess deadly clawed hands and feet. Their head features a short snout, prominent brow and reptilian frills on the cheeks and ears. On the back of the head, a crest of hornlike scales forms what resembles a mess of ropy hair. Dragonborn eyes vary greatly, often matching the color of their scales.
Dragonborn exhibit many draconic features, including a scaly hide, a large muscular body, the capacity to unleash devastating elemental breath and resistance to the same elemental energy they can breathe. The scales of a dragonborn vary between the many mineral colors of the metallic dragons, as well as the broad range of lusterless colors of the chromatic dragons based on their origin. The metallic dragonborn often lack the brilliant luster of the dragon counterparts and the chromatic dragonborn tend to have muted colors that appear faded compared to their counterparts. Their scales are most concentrated around their forearms, lower legs, feet, shoulders and thighs, with a fine leathery covering over the rest of their body. Rarely are dragonborn gifted with the grace of wings at birth, but those who are immediately elevated in society and subject to great reverence.
