Gods of Creation

Five forces from the cosmos gathered. Each of these forces slowly grew in power, focus, as well as formed their own identity. These forces became the first gods, and they came together to shape the world, its magic, races, and creatures. The Creators, as they were later called, did not squabble or require servitude from others. They simply spent eons working together to create all the energy and matter that became the world of Verenn.   The Sunbearer: Brought light and warmth to Verenn. She crafted the sun, which bathes the world in a golden glow, and instilled her magic into the very essence of the land. The environments of Verenn, from lush forests to arid deserts, owe their diversity to her creative touch. She and the Earthshaper kindled life into the first elves of long ago.   The Earthshaper: God of the land and earth. He shaped the mountains, carved the valleys, and breathed life into the creatures of the soil. His magic runs deep through the roots of Verenn, nurturing the growth of the forests and the mysterious subterranean realms. After creating the elves with the Sunbearer, the Earthshaper created many of the original races of the world on his own.   The Stormbringer: A tempestuous god, controls the skies and seas of Verenn. He crafted the storms that sweep across the world, blessing it with rain and providing the lifeblood for the rivers and oceans. His influence is felt in the weather and the flying races.   The Moonweaver: The goddess of the night, wove the moon and stars into the night sky. She governs the dreams and mysteries of the world.   The Flameforge: The god of fire and molten creation. He breathed life into the volcanic heart of Verenn, forging the molten core that fuels the world's energy. He created the races of dwarves.   These five gods, each with their unique powers and domains, worked in harmony to shape the enchanting world of Verenn. Their combined efforts gave rise to a realm filled with diverse environments, magical wonders, an array of races, and creatures as well as dangers and chaos.
