Horn River

Horn river is a huge river that crosses nearly half of Verenn. It begins in the Storm Range mountains, meanders through Calaviaire, splits Navarre roughly in half, merges into Rivern Lake, before continuing all the way through Navarre and emptying in the Shimmering sea.

The river is wide and slow, making it a major thoroughfare of trade and traffic. A unique group of halfelves, calling themselves Toadies, ply these waters as the main traders along with the Bredarn Shipping Co. There is a strong rivalry between the two groups for control of shipping.
