Thogard the Stonefather ("Thow-gard")
God of dwarves, strength, rock, protection, and honoring one's clan with great works and great deeds
Followers tend to be master rocksmiths, great warriors (leanign more towards defenders honorbaly holding a tower for years versus berserkers charging into battle), and other master craftsmen
Worshiping the Stonefather is less asking for his favor ahead of time and much more diving in to prove your worth to him, then claiming your victory or creation loudly to show Thogard your great works.
Singing low pitched songs about the deep rock, called "Respecting the Rock" with how the stone protects us safely yet still harbors great dangers deep below. These songs are usually sung respectfully, almost mournfully at the end of a celebration or night of drinking or to help cope with a loss to the clan
Major traditions include the women of the house being responsible for carving ornate statues outside of their homes. When the women die and are buried in stone coffins, their statue is placed beside their coffin in a massive ornate chamber called Stone Rest. It is one of the most respected places in all of Shadow Hall. Follower's phrase, "May your veins run with stone" and tossing your ale over your shoulder to start the night, "The first drink's the Stone Father's!" Symbol: Thick fingers gripping a jagged rock.
