Avani Oumar was born in the Osmad city of Bekilk in a rather low-class establishment where romantic companionship is offered. However, shortly after she was born, her mother passed due to some unknown reason. With her father nowhere to be found, Avani found herself in the care of her grandparents on their farm, alongside her 4 older siblings.
She was only 11 when the Eclipse Revolution, and that sparked her interest in adventure and battle. As soon as she was able, she left her grandparents and family behind and traveled north with a desire to see the world. She joined up with the Veridian military and found herself to be quite proficient with a crossbow. On one of her first missions, Avani and her team traveled into some dungeon ruins on the trail of criminal elements. They were not as careful and they triggered a trap - a poisonous dart wounded Avani and caused her to experience terrible hallucinations and pain. She recovered from the injury but has since left her with a fear of dungeons and poison traps.
Avani rose through the ranks after proving her worth in combat again and again and eventually made it to the rank of Captain. She is now in charge of a small team of soldiers and guards stationed in Prestenvale.
