Port Winterhaven
Port Winterhaven was a small fishing village for about a century. Founded by Reginald Helmreich Winters, a young nobleman from Highwater, as a place for other like-minded folk to escape from the trappings of city life and face the challenges of frontier living.
A fascinating melting pot of disillusioned nobility, downtrodden commoners, and desperate criminals it was only a few decades before Port Winterhaven became a prosperous but little-known pirate haven.
