Soora

The Thuon Khor's first colony of Hadrashar, Soora is located on the south-east coast of the mainland.
With a massive amount of funds going into setting up the colony it was meant to be the first leap of the Old World to Hadrashar. With money being spent on a grand deployment of troops and incentives sent to colonists, as well as hiring arcanists to assist in the construction of many of the buildings, Soora quickly grew and established itself as a point of stability on the continent. This stronghold of civilization has stayed true, but has been nearly continuously attacked by creatures and the old inhabitants of Hadrashar.
The constant struggle Soora has had with attacks prompted Thuon Khor to build a second settlement, Arsab on the Touq Archipelago in the north. Since then, most new arrivals port in Arsab instead of Soora, which has led to more port space being dedicated to ships from the New World colonies. Such circumstances have led to Soora being a place of intrigue and trade.
The current Mage of the Sun in charge of Soora is a woman named Kilik, a dedicated and strong-willed dwarf. She has fought in many wars for the Thuon Khor Empire and for her continued loyalty was given dominion over Thuon's first colony. She rules the colony with an iron fist and is famous for upholding the law to the letter of the law.
