Dulgavi (Dool-gah-vee)

The Harbinger Dulgavi

Divine Domains

Twilight, transitions, liminal states, balance

Holy Books & Codes

Dulgavi does not have any holy books of their own, but they are briefly mentioned in The Ascent, Roundelays of Fire, and The Hammer of Dawn.

Tenets of Faith

Perhaps once there were decrees for the followers of Dulgavi, but if there were, they have been lost to time, for there are no more followers of Dulgavi.

Holidays

Though Dulgavi is largely a forgotten deity in Veturoth--remembered only because they are mentioned on occasion in the tales of other Sevari gods--some followers of the older, more traditional form of Sevari that has been kept alive by the shamans still make offerings to Dulgavi on equinoxes and solstices, praying that the twilight god will release their hold and let the next season come to pass. Many practitioners of modern, organized Sevari view this as unnecessary or even foolish, as Dulgavi is not even viewed as a true member of the Sevari pantheon and is believed to be a fairly minor divine being rather than a deity.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Maintain and restore the balance of the cosmos.

Gender Identity

Perhaps fittingly for a being representing balance and liminality, Dulgavi is neither man nor woman. They are simply Dulgavi, the Harbinger.
