Ol Grizzler

Ol Grizzler has lived in Mariapool longer that just about anyone can remember. He is every bit as surly as you might expect an old dwarf to be, but is known to have a soft spot for kids, puppies, and any variety of booze. He's a pretty quiet fellow, slow to warm to new acquaintances and isn't known to have a lot of people in town who would call him a friend. That said, once he does get talking he'll spin you a tale of long-forgotten wars. Of course, almost all of these tales involve him facing off against impossible odds, unspeakable danger, or undrinkable amounts of alcohol... or all three.
