The majority of The Whisper King’s followers, before Starfall, were Gnomes, who viewed them as The Dreamer. In these communities, The Dreamer is seen as a neutral figure who brings dreams to the sleeping. Outside of Gnomes, The Whisper King was an unpopular deity, blamed for the ills of the world. Therefore, various small cults and individual followers dedicate themselves to The Keeper of Forbidden Knowledge, The Keeper of Madness, The Lord of the Deep, The Lord of Secrets, and seek to release The Whisper King from their prison.Clergy
The clergy of The Dreamer are bluntly called Dreamers and wear robes of very soft orange, violet, and white. They seem to wander aimlessly through the world in a constant pilgrimage. Those within the cults of The Whisper King vary in name and status, but rumors imply a heavy tendency towards the colors Pthalo and Orange. Within the communities they reside, members of these cults excel in positions focused on information. They serve as teachers and informants, as well as researchers and torturers, serving the world and themselves as they learn about the world, its people, and their endless mysteries.Orders
